Irreantum: PurposeIrreantum's Purpose and PhilosophyFor the last 5 years, Irreantum: Exploring Mormon Literature has been the official publication of the AML. Now, under the direction of a new editorial board, the next generation of Irreantum will soon be available. New features:
We accept translations of literary work written in languages other than English. We also consider submissions of critical essays that explore the intersections of religion, literature, and film in the context of the Mormon experience. We are especially interested in the following topics: Film and Religion, The Nineteenth Century, Spiritual Autobiography, International Contexts, Poetry, Sacred Texts, Mormon Spaces.
